How to Get a Hot Ass in Just 8 Minutes a Day

Lisa Newton posted 8 Minutes a Day for a Tight Ass on Iowa Avenue recently and I know I'm gonna start including this in my workout.

She recommends:
1 minute of squats







2 minutes of quadruped hip extensions




3 minutes of lunges







4 minutes of pelvic tilts
